The only way around this is to contact an agent or wait for Autodesk to service the website extension. So, the software will refuse to let the user save work which is pointless. Another thing is that just downloading the program doesn't help either as it will require you to sign into a valid Autodesk account either way. As for starting a trial I think that is more or less going to complicate things further with licensing because the student account will say it's under a trial rather than a student 12-month license. I tried AVA and waiting for the website to be service but both solutions are still not viable answers for the problem. Do you know how I can find the data of my license of 2018? Or could you give me the contact of someone who could help me? The problem is that I don't know how to retrieve the data of my license which I would use to download the new version of AutoCad. It seems that my university's email doesn't correspond to the student license I got in 2018. Firstly I thought that it was due to an issue of Autodesk, but then, after what you told me, I realised it's actually a problem of my account. I tried many times in the next two days but it never worked. The verification system is currently experiencing a problem. Then I filled the form to verify my student status (to have the free version) then, when I clicked confirm, I received the message "Apologies for the delay. I opened Autodesk and I signed in with my university's email. This week I bought a new computer and I have to download the student version of AutoCad 2021. Just to be clear, in 2018 I downloaded the student version of AutoCad 2018 with a student license.
